Here’s a quick look at the new local area marketing planner in ClubPilot. This is the real app, using a fictional training workspace. Start with a monthly plan, then use an event idea such as a Christmas charity workout, an Easter bring-a-mate morning, or a local business partnership. These are starting points for your team to adapt. Each event has space to explain why you’re doing it, who it’s for, where it will happen, and how you’ll promote it. Set a lead target and a realistic budget so there’s a clear purpose behind the activity. The preparation checklist helps you break the event into practical steps, with an owner and due date. Tick tasks as they’re completed. Track planned and actual spending across the monthly budget categories. Save the plan before downloading your themed event PDF, ready to print and share. Plans still follow the review and approval process. For today’s meeting, pick one event idea, discuss what would work in your club, and tell Leah what would make this easier to use. And remember, use Report or suggest in ClubPilot whenever something isn’t working, or you have an idea for an improvement. Explain what happened, what you expected, or the change you’d like and why it would help. Add a screenshot or short video where useful, and keep passwords and personal details out of the recording. Submit your requested edits there so they can be tracked and followed up. Your feedback helps shape what we improve next.
