New customer: start a free trial at clubpilot.au. Step 1: the business owner creates their login. Step 2: name the business and list each club, one per line. The workspace opens straight away with all three clubs. Step 3: add your team in People & access. Each role only sees its own clubs. Each person then gets an invite and creates their own password. Step 4: assign work in Tasks. Pick the person; their role and club are shown. Club checklists can target one club. Assigned tasks shows who has what, and when it is due. The Harbour City manager creates his password from the sign-in screen. The badge tells him he has a task waiting. He only sees his own task, not the Northside manager's, and ticks it off when it's done. Back as the owner, you can see which tasks are complete and which are still open. The recording uses a fictional business.
