How does the free trial start?

Choose Start free trial, create your account and confirm your email. Add your business and locations to open your workspace automatically. Your 30 days begin when the workspace is created. You can then invite your staff.

Will I be charged when the trial ends?

No. There is no automatic paid renewal. After 30 days, you can still view and export your records, but making changes requires a paid plan. We confirm the plan and price with you before you approve any charge.

How does annual billing work?

Annual pricing is Starter $25/month billed $300/year, Club $65/month billed $780/year, and Group $125/month billed $1,500/year. The annual total is paid upfront and excludes GST. Compared with 12 monthly payments, you save $48, $168 or $288 per year respectively.

What is outside the trial and standard subscription?

Optional AI usage, paid integrations, migration and custom development are separately scoped and agreed. Starting a trial does not activate any of these paid services. Corporate scope, support and commercial terms are agreed in a tailored proposal.

Can I add more staff or locations?

Yes. Extra users are $15/month or $150/year; extra locations are $20/month or $200/year. Prices are AUD excluding GST. We can review the most suitable plan as your team grows.
