How does the 30-day free trial work?

Create your account, confirm your email and add your business locations. Your workspace opens automatically, ready for you to invite your team. Your 30 days start when the workspace is created. No card is required, and a paid plan starts only with your approval. Optional AI, paid integrations, migration and custom work are excluded unless separately agreed.

What happens after the trial?

Choose whether to continue on a paid plan. There is no automatic charge or renewal. After 30 days, your records remain available to view and export, while new work is paused until a paid plan is agreed.

Does ClubPilot need access to our member CRM?

No. ClubPilot manages operational accountability and does not require access to member profiles, payment details or your membership CRM.

Does it replace Xero, our CRM or maintenance suppliers?

No. It connects the work around those systems: requests, approvals, evidence, ownership and follow-up. Documents and links work immediately; where a provider offers suitable access, a direct integration can be scoped and added at an agreed cost.

Can each person see different clubs and tools?

Yes. Club managers, area managers, sales, Accounts and administrators receive role and club-based access. A person only sees the customer workspace, locations and modules they are assigned.

Can one customer see another customer’s information?

No. Each business group has its own separated workspace. ClubPilot’s platform owner can provide audited support, but customer users cannot move between organisations.
